At Embriar, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • Unwashed
  • In their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Worn or washed intimate apparel
  • Items without original tags
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products damaged through misuse or improper care

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact our Customer Support team before sending your item back.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.


Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
